Traveled from New Jersey through train + Uber, three hours each way to inspect a 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance (VIN 7SAYGDEFXNF389275, Stock #30570) advertised at $26,995 on both Cars.com and Victory Mitsubishi’s own website.
After the test drive, the salesperson revealed the real price was approximately $34,995. An undisclosed $8,000 markup over the advertised price. When I asked why, I was told “the market team does that.”

This dealership is a joke. I blame myself for reading the poor reviews and still traveling the hour away for a confirmed vehicle on premises and appointment. Car was not available as "a dealer representative was out driving it. Would I be willing to wait 40 minutes for them to return?" The sales people can't even lie well having been told the car was new to inventory. Read the CarFax and other online resources. You've had it for sale since January 2026. Avoid this place like the plague.
Scammers. They sold me the car with 160 miles as it was new and with the price of a new car, turns out the catalytic converter was not the original and now they don't want to take care of it after it failed. Do not buy anything with them.

I had a HORRIBLE experience at this LOW LEVEL dealership! I showed up with my family for an appt. to do a test drive of a car - unbeknownst to me - it was a BAIT & SWITCH car. I went to this dealership and knew exactly what type of deal k was getting myself into because of my credit. I’m not sure if the sales rep that I had thought I was not smart. He let me test drive a Jeep Cherokee around three blocks I heard a sound and asked sales rep (Deshawn) what the wound was. I came in to buy a 2021 Tesla Model 3 that was listed online for a great price. I called and got it in writing that it was available for a test drive. But when I got to the dealership, they told me the car was "in service" and not available to see — even though it was still being advertised.
Right after that, they started pushing other, more expensive cars on me. Classic bait and switch. They just want to get you in the door and then upsell you on something else.

Horrible experience. Drove over 3 hours for a car they said was in stock. Had an appointment, got there and got the oops we sold it last night. Didn't have the common courtesy to call and let us know they sold it. They knew the exact car we were coming down for. Then tried to say we have two older cars with way higher miles.
Only place I would take my vehicle to get any issues dealt with as I've never had to bring back for the same issue, timely return after work is done.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LISTED PRICES—IT’S A SCAM!!!! The prices listed online and that they’ll tell you over the phone are accurate are a ploy to get you to come in. Once you’re there, they tell you they’ll “make a deal with you” and the starting point is $3000-$4000 higher than what’s advertised—and that’s not including fees or taxes!! Worst dealership ever! Made an appointment to see a specific car, drove all the way there and the car was not there. Made another appointment, was assured 3 times that the car was there, drove all the way there, waited 50 minutes, and the car was not there. The sales staff was beyond useless. This place is clearly "bait and switch" central: go to any other dealership: quite certain you'll have a better experience.
Absolutely DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are complete scam artists. They post one price online and when you walk in the door the car is thousands of dollars more that they then quote as “refurbishing fees” or delivery charges. Don't go false advertisement company. They call me 3 times all the way from Long island and I specially confirmed vehicle is available they said yes come vehicle is ready for you and when you go there , they always say vehicle is in service. Its been 3 times same xxxx and service will take 7days and they never call back. They probably buy damaged car and fix and sell them.

Do not buy a car here. I initially wrote a lovely review of my experience before I realized that I was baited, switched and misled. This dealership is exactly what the stereotype of dealerships is and you should absolutely not give them your business, no matter how good the deals seem to be. Total Scam and I suspect that all the positive reviews on this site are fake.
Long story short, they adverstize amazing deals on cargurus or carfax that seem too good to be true. So I call up and ask to make sure its still in stock which of course, they say yes, so I make an appointment to see the car within 1 hour. I came to buy a car from them they said I got approved for a 2020 outlander sport. I put 5 grand down they said car was 17,000 When the car got to dealership from another it wasn’t the 2020 it was the 2018 so we still took the 2018 but they already got us approved for the 2020 they ended up getting 10,000 extra and added it on to the 2018 so we paying double 32,000 for a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport if that’s not a scam what is??????????

The worst experience of my life!! The 2023 mitsubishi outlander sport es has been nothing less the a piece of xxxx..they sold me a vehicle with an aftermarket catalytic converter that they refuse to fix and or replace. I was told it would cost me $3,000 to have them replace it.do now in stuck with a vehicle that will not pass inspection so im stuck with a vehicle i can't drive..the service department is a joke Victoria is unprofessional and has the nastiest attitude she is quick to accuse the buyer of foul play.. Justin is a nice guy, and he also wants a 5-star rating for his company. However, my 2021 GLS450 only came with one key. Additionally, the tire deflated just two days after delivery, and I hadn't even opened the car door since it was delivered. I will consider changing my one-star rating if they address these issues. It feels like they are trying to waste time until my warranty expires. I plan to return and either update my rating to something higher or provide more details on what I have experienced.
