Land Rover Maintenance Schedule

2019 Land Rover Discovery Sport Rear

When you want to take care of your used Land Rover, you’ll need to know the Land Rover maintenance schedule to help keep it in top shape for as long as you own it. You’ll want genuine Land Rover parts, and it’s important to take your vehicle to a factory-trained Land Rover service center near Mount Vernon. We want you to keep your vehicle running in top shape on New Rochelle roads!

Find out everything you need to know about the Land Rover maintenance schedule with our guide.

Land Rover Service Intervals: 7,500-Mile Service

The first stop on your Land Rover maintenance schedule is at 7,500 miles.

Here’s what you get:

  • Oil change
  • Tire rotation
  • New oil filter
  • Fluid check

Land Rover Service Intervals: 15,000-Mile Service

We will do everything from the 7,500-mile Land Rover maintenance schedule, plus we’ll add a few more items.

Inspections

  • Windshield wiper blades
  • Windshield washer fluid levels
  • Wheels and tires
  • Underbody
  • Power steering system fluid levels
  • Parking brake
  • On-board diagnostic system
  • Hood latch assembly
  • Exterior lighting
  • Exhaust system
  • Door checks
  • Drive belts
  • Cooling system fluid levels
  • Brake system

Replacements

  • Crankcase oil filter
  • Cabin air filter

If you drive in harsh conditions, you might need to bring your Land Rover in for service sooner.

Land Rover Service Intervals: 30,000-Mile Service

Once your luxury vehicle reaches 30,000 miles, you’ll need the same services as the 15,000-mile service interval, as well as the following:

  • Suspension inspection
  • Wiring harness inspection
  • Steering system inspection
  • Seat belt restraint system inspection
  • Power steering hose inspection
  • Fuel line inspection
  • Driveshaft inspection
  • Brake line and hose inspection
  • Brake system fluid change

Land Rover Maintenance Schedule: 60,000-Mile Service

When you get to 60,000 miles, you will have the same Land Rover service at 15,000 miles, as well as:

  • Suspension inspection
  • Wiring harness inspection
  • Steering system inspection
  • Seat belt restraint system inspection
  • Power steering hose inspection
  • Fuel line inspection
  • Driveshaft inspection
  • Brake line and hose inspection
  • Brake system fluid change

Once you pass the 60,000-mile Land Rover service milestone, it’s recommended that you bring your Land Rover vehicle in every 15,000 miles for the inspections we’ve already listed.

At some point, you’ll need to replace the tires, brakes, transmission fluid, and other parts as they wear out naturally over time.
