2018 Honda Accord Safety Rating
The 2018 Honda Accord has an overall safety rating of 5-stars from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The NHTSA does a frontal barrel test to simulate a collision to the front of the vehicle, a test on the side crash, and the rollover resistance. The Accord safety ratings also allowed it to achieve a 2018 IIHS Top Safety Pick. The IIHS tests for Crashworthiness, assessing a variety of structural aspects to determine the vehicle’s ability to protect you and your passengers in case of an accident in New Rochelle.
